Solution provided: Acctive Systems Ltd have been involved with TNT for many years, providing bespoke security solutions and new innovations along the way, including TNT’s European Security Central Station. Over recent years, a dedicated account manager, DAN BISHOP has been appointed with the aim being to improve communication between TNT and Acctive. This has resulted in the placement of a National Fully Comprehensive Routine Service and Preventative Maintenance program. This program has been a major success. Part of the agreement included a site survey of each individual system, be it CCTV, Barriers, Access Control or whatever each site had in place. Once Acctive and TNT had the database of equipment, we worked together to develop a plan which would include relevant on site training for staff, upgrades, and new installations. As a result TNT have not only improved the levels of their security in terms of equipment installed, reduced down time on faulty or damaged equipment, and understanding, but they have reduced their annual costs dramatically.

Date and project duration: Most recent agreement has run for the duration of 2005, and will continue throughout 2006.
