Training

Acctive provides training in the use of all the security products for both our customers and employees.

Customers

We provide on-site training on all the products and systems we install and maintain to ensure you get the most out of your security solution. This is a value-added service which is included in the price of installation.

On the completion of any new installations or maintenance take-overs we will give authorised persons a demonstration of how to operate the security system; a CD containing a snapshot of the set-up on handover (specification, picture quality etc); the ramifications your system has on the Data Protection Act; your maintenance agreement and full user documentation, manuals etc.

Employees

At Acctive we pride ourselves on providing an un-rivalled programme of continuous staff development. All new employees attend an induction course in which they receive training on every product or system we install and maintain.

They are also expected to complete a period when they shadow an existing field engineer to learn the Acctive way of working before they are allowed to operate in the field on their own.

Every engineer has an annual training review to ensure they are fully conversant in all the products in our portfolio.
